- Perishable items, such as fresh produce or food items, cannot be returned due to their nature. However, if you receive a perishable item that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue. (We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items).



2. Return Process:
- If you wish to return a non-perishable item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if required.

- Please securely package the item, including all original packaging, and clearly label the package with the RMA number provided.

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 working days.

- Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the initial purchase, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
